Your Document Checklist
Use this checklist to track your document preparation. All documents are required to become "Verified" status.
Valid Passport
RequiredMust have 6+ months validity beyond planned travel date and at least 2 blank pages.
Medical Certificate
RequiredMust state you are medically fit for the intended work. Must be from an approved medical facility and dated within 3 months.
Police Clearance Certificate
RequiredCertificate of Good Conduct from Kenya Police or DCI. Must be dated within 6 months.
CV with Signed Affidavit
RequiredDetailed CV with a signed affidavit confirming all information is true. Affidavit must state you have no criminal record and are fit for work.
Passport-size Photos
Required30x40mm, white background, recent (within 6 months). You'll need multiple copies for various applications.
Educational Certificates
If ApplicableKCSE certificate, diplomas, degrees, or professional certifications relevant to your target role.
Work Experience Letters
If ApplicableLetters from previous employers on company letterhead confirming your role, duration, and responsibilities.

Format Requirements

- • Most documents require apostille certification for international validity
- • Upload formats accepted: PDF, JPG, PNG (max 10MB each)
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- • Passport with less than 6 months validity
- • Medical certificate older than 3 months
- • Police clearance older than 6 months
- • Missing affidavit signature on CV
- • Blurry or illegible document scans
- • Wrong photo dimensions (must be 30x40mm)
