• Placement within any specific timeframe

Final employment decisions are made by employers, and visa/permit decisions are made by Romanian authorities (IGI - General Inspectorate for Immigration).

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Submit genuine documents (fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination)
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Respond promptly to communications from our team
• Comply with all applicable laws in Kenya and Romania
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

5. Document Authenticity

You confirm that all documents submitted through our platform are genuine and authentic. Submission of fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents will result in:

• Immediate termination of your account
• Removal from our talent pool
• Potential reporting to relevant authorities
• No refund of any fees paid

6. Fees and Payments

Service package fees are disclosed after eligibility screening. Fees may cover:

• Embassy appointment assistance (where applicable)
• Pre-departure orientation

Payment Terms: All payments are processed through official channels only. We do not accept payments through personal mobile money accounts or unofficial channels. If anyone requests payment through unofficial means, please report it to us immediately.
